How It Works
Always read and understand the lease before booking. Nicholas will email you the contract for you to sign and return through our secure e-sign flow.
Step 1: Contact Us
Call 256-571-5080 or email [email protected] to check availability and discuss your stay.
Step 2: Review the Agreement
Nicholas will email you the rental agreement. Review it carefully so you understand all terms, policies, and expectations.
Step 3: Sign (Payment Flow Depends on Booking Source)
Sign the contract electronically through our secure e-sign system. If your booking still needs payment, you will receive Square invoices after signing. For approved direct-pay arrangements, we can also provide Zelle/bank-transfer payment instructions. If you already paid through VRBO/direct arrangements, no additional invoice is sent.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Stay!
You will receive check-in details including the exact address, key code, and local tips before your arrival.
Agreement Documents
The rental agreement will be sent to you directly by Nicholas via email for electronic signature. The documents linked above are for preview purposes only. Your specific signing link will also indicate whether payment invoices apply, or if payment is already marked complete externally.
