How It Works
Always read and understand the lease before booking. Nicholas will email you the contract for you to sign and return through our secure e-sign flow.
Step 1: Contact Us
Call 256-571-5080 or email [email protected] to check availability and discuss your stay.
Step 2: Review the Agreement
Nicholas will email you the rental agreement. Review it carefully so you understand all terms, policies, and expectations.
Step 3: Sign & Pay
Sign the contract electronically through our secure e-sign system. You will then receive a secure payment link via text or email to submit your deposit and rental fees. You can also pay via Cash App or Zelle to avoid card processing fees.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Stay!
You will receive check-in details including the exact address, key code, and local tips before your arrival.
