The released readable agreement is GG-GUEST-AGREEMENT-PRE-R1. The blank sample below is for review; the completed guest-specific packet with its locked dates, price, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and signatures controls each reservation.
How It Works
Review the price and readable guest agreement before signing. The secure flow keeps the Provider and business terms locked while you confirm contact, occupancy, and animal information.
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Review the Agreement
Review the one-page stay overview and complete packet. It identifies Lyndall Hamlett individually as authorized vacation-rental operator, the titled owners, dates, price, payment and cancellation terms, the included assigned slip, lift-safety rule, camera disclosure, and contact information.
Step 3: Sign and Complete the Direct Payment Steps
Give the one waterfront/lift initial, accept the final acknowledgment, separately consent to electronic delivery and the limited Square post-stay card authorization, and sign. Rent may be paid by Square invoice, Zelle, ACH, or check.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Stay!
You will receive check-in details including the exact address, key code, and local tips before your arrival.
Agreement Documents
More than 30 days before arrival, a $300 reservation payment is credited toward rent; at 30 days or fewer, the full accepted total is required before confirmation. A separate limited Square card authorization covers documented post-stay charges only and is never used for rent or another pre-arrival amount. Included — the third and farthest boat slip from shore, at the end of the dock. The electric lift is included; no boat information or separate lift request is required to request a stay.
