Last updated August 3, 2026. Guntersville Getaway uses personal information only to answer inquiries, manage stays, operate the website, protect the property, and maintain owner-controlled marketing and booking accounts.
Information We Collect
When you contact us, request a stay, sign a rental agreement, or communicate about a booking, we may collect your name, email, phone number, requested travel dates, party details, pet details, message content, agreement status, payment-status references, and related operational notes. Website analytics may collect page views, device/browser signals, referral URLs, and interaction events.
How We Use Information
We use this information to answer questions, verify availability, prepare rental agreements, coordinate invoices or externally paid bookings, send stay-related messages, improve the website, prevent abuse, and maintain owner-operated social, directory, analytics, and booking workflows.
Service Providers
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, website analytics, calendar or booking operations, electronic signatures, payment invoicing, and owner-operated marketing tools. Those providers process information only as needed for the service they provide. We do not sell guest personal information.
Agreement, Payment, And Claim Records
For the readable agreement workflow, we keep request receipts, locked quote and agreement versions, initials, signatures, electronic-delivery and card-authorization consent evidence, delivery and payment status, packet digests, and audit history. Square supplies customer/card identifiers and masked card details; our agreement records do not store a full card number, security code, or single-use browser token. If a documented post-stay claim occurs, private evidence, notices, responses, decisions, charges, and receipts may also be retained.
Private Documents And Access
Populated and signed agreement packets are stored privately and delivered through limited, expiring links. Public verification shows only status, version, and a document digest. Guest names, contact details, stay dates, signatures, Square identifiers, and claim evidence are not placed in public agreement URLs or public website storage.
Exterior Doorbell Camera
An exterior doorbell camera records video from the front entrance through the driveway for property, safety, and incident review. Audio is disabled and the camera has no interior view.
Owner-Operated Social And API Accounts
Guntersville Getaway may use owner-controlled accounts, including Pinterest Business and other listing or directory tools, to publish property information, visitor resources, direct-booking links, and basic performance analytics. These workflows are used for our own account content and do not require collecting unrelated platform user data.
