The electric boat lift is included with every stay at no separate charge. Only a capable adult who knows safe boat-lift operation may operate it. Anyone unfamiliar with or uncertain about safe lift operation must not operate it. Inclusion does not guarantee that the lift is suitable for a particular boat; contact the Provider if you need help or have a fit question. No routine boat information is required to request or book a stay.
$300 is credited toward rent
More than 30 days before arrival, a $300 reservation payment is credited toward rent; at 30 days or fewer, the full accepted total is required before confirmation. A separate limited Square card authorization covers documented post-stay charges only and is never used for rent or another pre-arrival amount.

Built for easy lake routines
Pet travel is easier when the rental itself removes friction. The home is one level, the front entry has no steps, the yard is flat, and the main living spaces connect naturally to the lakeside patio. Morning coffee, evening walks, fishing off the dock, and grilling by the water can all happen without loading everyone back into the car.
The lakefront setting is peaceful, but it is still close to everyday errands: Publix is about 3 miles away, Walmart is about 7 miles away, and Guntersville City Harbor is about 3 miles away for restaurants and an easy downtown outing.

Yes. Housebroken pets are welcome at Guntersville Getaway. The home has a flat one-acre lakefront yard, hard-surface living areas, and direct outdoor access. Please mention pets when you inquire so the direct quote includes the correct pet fee and the rental agreement includes the applicable pet terms.
What is the pet fee?
The pet charge is $15 per occupied night for one pet or $30 per occupied night for two to three pets. It is separate from nightly rent, cleaning, and tax. More than 30 days before arrival, a $300 reservation payment is credited toward rent; at 30 days or fewer, the full accepted total is required before confirmation. Documented post-stay charges use the separate limited Square card procedure.
Are large dogs allowed?
Housebroken pets of all sizes are considered. Share the number of pets, approximate size, and any special notes when you send an inquiry or call 256-571-5080.
Is the yard fenced?
The yard is broad, flat, and lakefront, but it is not advertised as fenced. Pets should be supervised outdoors because the property borders the waterline and dock.
What should pet owners bring?
Bring pet bedding, food bowls, leashes, cleanup bags, towels for wet paws, and any crate or gate your pet normally uses. Guests should bring their own beach towels for lake use.
