Included electric boat lift
The electric boat lift is included with every stay at no separate charge. Only a capable adult who knows safe boat-lift operation may operate it. Anyone unfamiliar with or uncertain about safe lift operation must not operate it. Inclusion does not guarantee that the lift is suitable for a particular boat; contact the Provider if you need help or have a fit question. No routine boat information is required to request or book a stay.
$300 is credited toward rent
More than 30 days before arrival, a $300 reservation payment is credited toward rent; at 30 days or fewer, the full accepted total is required before confirmation. A separate limited Square card authorization covers documented post-stay charges only and is never used for rent or another pre-arrival amount.

Is the property mobility-friendly?
Single-level home with no interior stairs. A gravel driveway leads to a gentle stone ramp and a small front-door threshold. Both showers have support rails, seats, and a raised tiled entry curb estimated at 3–4 inches. The smaller primary-bedroom shower has a hinged glass door. At the rear, a doorway threshold is followed by two steps down to the patio; one further step leads from the patio to the walkway toward the boathouse. This is not step-free access, a roll-in shower setup, or a claim of wheelchair accessibility or ADA compliance. Please contact us before booking for measurements and to discuss your needs.

Check-in is at 4:30 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM. The minimum renter age is 22 years old.
