The house is all on one level on a fairly level lot, which is ideal for those who do not like to climb stairs or a steep hill to the boathouse. 

 

The walk to the boathouse is on a very gently sloping flagstone walkway. There is no step to the boat house. No more hiking back to the house.

 

Cell phone reception is good. No landlines to jangle your nerves.
