How Fourth of July pricing works
For 2027, only occupied nights July 2, 3, 4, and 5 are $300 per night. Other nights in the same stay remain at the applicable $270 standard rate. Any stay touching the holiday window has a 7-night minimum, with flexible arrival and departure days.
Direct dates are request-to-book
An inquiry or estimate does not reserve the dates. We confirm a direct stay only after the released agreement workflow, required cleared payment, and limited post-stay card authorization are complete.
Winter extended-stay offer
Save 15% when you stay 14-28 nights
Eligible January and February reservations receive 15% off the applicable nightly rate. The reservation has fixed arrival and departure dates, with a hard maximum of 28 nights. The 15% winter offer applies only to a new direct initial reservation of 14-28 nights when every occupied night falls within January or February. A later extension uses separately released rates. The released new-reservation direct quote automatically applies and itemizes the discount. Subject to availability. The rental agreement separately covers stay terms and does not list pricing.

Included Boat Slip
Included — the third and farthest boat slip from shore, at the end of the dock. The electric boat lift is included with every stay at no separate charge. Only a capable adult who knows safe boat-lift operation may operate it. Anyone unfamiliar with or uncertain about safe lift operation must not operate it. Inclusion does not guarantee that the lift is suitable for a particular boat; contact the Provider if you need help or have a fit question.

How do I book Guntersville Getaway directly?
Call 256-571-5080 or email [email protected] to check availability. Review the locked quote and readable agreement, sign electronically, complete the limited Square post-stay card authorization, and clear the required first payment. The reservation is confirmed only after all three are complete.
What is the minimum stay at Guntersville Getaway?
The minimum stay is 3 nights normally. A 7-night minimum applies whenever any occupied night touches June 1 through August 7, including the July 2-5 holiday window. Arrival and departure days remain flexible.
