Does Guntersville Getaway charge a guest booking fee?
No. Guntersville Getaway does not add a guest booking fee. Cleaning, lodging tax, and any applicable nightly pet charge are shown in the written quote. The $300 paid more than 30 days before arrival is credited toward rent. Documented post-stay charges use the separate limited Square card procedure.
How does the direct booking process work?
Check availability, request dates, review the locked quote and agreement, sign through the secure e-sign flow, complete the limited post-stay Square card authorization, and clear the required first payment. The reservation is confirmed only after all three are complete.
Is the direct inquiry an instant booking?
No. The initial direct release is request-to-book. An inquiry, calendar result, or estimate does not reserve the dates. The exact released workflow must be completed before the reservation is confirmed.
What payment methods are used for direct bookings?
Rent may be paid by Square invoice, Zelle, ACH, or check. More than 30 days before arrival, the first payment is $300 credited toward rent; at 30 days or fewer, the full accepted total is required. The separate stored Square card is for documented post-stay charges only, never rent.
Is the guest boat slip included?
Included — the third and farthest boat slip from shore, at the end of the dock. The slip and electric boat lift are included with every stay at no separate charge, even if you do not bring a boat. Only a capable adult who knows safe boat-lift operation may operate the lift.
