$300 is credited toward rent
More than 30 days before arrival, a $300 reservation payment is credited toward rent; at 30 days or fewer, the full accepted total is required before confirmation. A separate limited Square card authorization covers documented post-stay charges only and is never used for rent or another pre-arrival amount.
